Present I am sleeping less than 6 hours what happened if you sleep for 6 hours are less than 6 hours I can't concentrate on the things and I can't hear better something and if I want to improve my health then what I want to do really can I get to know about how much hours I need to sleep.

Do you know friends the experts are saying every human must sleep for 7 to 8 hours daily who are sleeping 728 hours daily there health is good. If anyone sleeping less than 7 hours are more than 8 hours they getting health issues.
If you want to become a healthy person then you must sleep 7to 8 hours daily otherwise you will get mentally injured you can't concentration on the somethings like studying or way of communication with people this sleeping effect will damage your concentration capacity.
You can't be happy when you sleep less than 6 hours are more than 8 hours please keep it in mind this words get it food on time to time and get sleep minimum 7 hours to 8 hours this is very healthy tips so you must follow this things.

Dear friends do you know how many hours I am sleeping right now. Daily I am sleeping 6 27 hours because I have many kind of works so I kept aside for sleeping minimum 6 hours maximum 8 hours because this is very important to for me there is no health without sleeping time to time so I need to sleeping.

Many peoples are getting toughest situations are mental issues so what you need to do please go sleep for minimum 6 hours to 8 hours.
Sleeping is very important but here sometimes due to some help problems you can't get sleeping at a time so what you do for sleeping. Here you need to eat very tasty food and low fat food because if you take heavy fat food the traffic will forcing on the sleeping and you have to do yoga to keep your mental health good. Then you have to do exercise at morning time that is very important in a very personal life.

Our friends is very good and they giving very useful suggestions for us because 90% of the people or spending time with unwanted things. Here spending the time with unwanted things that affect will come to our health because we can't go to sleeping at correct time then we will get health problems so.
